L'alfiere della Topsport Vlaanderen-Baloise ha preceduto la coppia della Cofidis, Solutions Crédits formata da Michael Van Staeyen e Louis Verhelst.
Nei 10 si sono classificati Tom Van Asbroeck (Team Lotto.Nl-Jumbo), l'olandese Raymond Kreder (Roompot Oranje), il norvegese Sondre Holst Enger (IAM Cycling), Jurgen Roelandts (Lotto Soudal), il tedesco Rüdiger Selig (Team Katusha), Jens Debusschere (Lotto Soudal) e l'olandese Roy Curvers (Team Giant-Alpecin).
Resta invariata la generale con il francese Alexis Gougeard (AG2R La Mondiale) che precede di 3" l'olandese Martijn Keizer (Team Lotto.Nl-Jumbo) mentre Jurgen Roelandts sale in terza posizione a 11" di distacco. Domani ultima tappa da Mons a Tournai di 155 km.
